Troubleshooting

If the DVD-ROM drive is not showing up, try the following:

• Is the DVD player plugged into a power outlet, and turned on? There is a green power

light on the front.

• Was the DVD-ROM drive turned on AFTER the computer was turned on? Your

computer only looks to see if the DVD drive is present when you first boot up. Reboot

and see if it shows up.

• Check all the cables to make sure they are not loose!

If none of these troubleshooting techniques seem to work, advance to the section "Contacting

Technical Support".
