Installing the Driver for

Macintosh OS 9

To install the USB 1.1 drivers in your Macintosh computer, perform

the following steps:

Note: No installation is required for Macintosh OS 10.0.4 and

later. The USB 1.1 drivers are built into the operating system.

1 Turn on the computer and insert the USB2connect CD.

2 Double-click the Start Installation Here file on the CD.

3 Follow the instructions to install the latest Macintosh USB

drivers, if necessary.

4 Double-click the USB2connect Installer file and follow the

instructions.

5 After the installation is complete, click Restart to reboot your

Macintosh, if necessary, and have the new settings take effect.

6 Verify that the card is seen by your computer by clicking Apple

System Profiler in the Apple Menu. Then, click the Devices

and Volumes tab.
